YukiHono offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
