Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
YukiHono currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely.
Please allow the following processing and delivery times once your order is confirmed:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping Time: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed and charged during the checkout process before you finalize your payment. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's official website for the most up-to-date status.
Shipping Address & Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. YukiHono is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the information if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to YukiHono.
We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay required customs duties, we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
